Arcadia Floral Co. dates itself to 1993 and works from two studios, one in Mamaroneck and one in Paramus, New Jersey. A run that long is unusual for a wedding florist, and the Mamaroneck location puts the shop inside the sound shore towns where a lot of Westchester weddings happen. Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club appears among the venues it has decorated. The work spans more than weddings. Venue decor sits alongside corporate and hospitality events, and there is a retail and gifting side. What is missing is any number. There is no minimum spend on the site and none on the WeddingWire listing we checked on 11 September 2026. For a florist operating at this level, a minimum almost certainly exists. It just is not written down where a couple can plan around it.
The absent minimum is the whole story here. Ask for it as a dollar figure, and establish whether it counts flowers only or includes labor, delivery and rentals. The installation and breakdown fee needs its own line. Settle what the price does if your guest count rises by two tables in April. Get substitution rights in writing for stems that do not arrive.

A florist working at this level almost certainly sets a floor, and this one puts no figure in public, so expect it to surface at the consultation.
Wedding florists nearly always set a floor, and it is the single figure that decides whether a consultation is worth anyone’s afternoon. Arcadia publishes none. We looked at the company site and at its WeddingWire listing and found no figure on either.
Ask for the minimum in the first phone call, before the moodboard conversation starts. Work out whether it changes by month and by day of week.
Minimums also tend to rise for peak Saturdays in September and October, the two busiest wedding months in Westchester. If your date sits there, get the seasonal figure rather than the general one. A weekday in March will price differently for the same order.
Mamaroneck and Paramus are roughly an hour apart in good traffic. Pin down which studio builds your flowers and where they are stored overnight. Who drives them to the venue is the third question.
For an outdoor ceremony in July, the answer to the storage question affects what arrives at four in the afternoon.
The company handles venue decoration, not only personal flowers. Arches, aisle installations and reception centerpieces need a crew and a delivery window. They also need a strike time after the last dance.
Check whether breakdown is included and who keeps the vases. Rental hardware returned late is a charge that shows up after the wedding.
One more question earns its place. If flowers move from the ceremony to the reception, someone has to carry them during cocktail hour. That is a staffed task with a fee attached. Establish whether the repurposing is quoted and how long it takes, and who is on site to do it.
A business operating since 1993 has worked with the same Westchester venues for decades, and Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club is named among them. Venue coordinators remember which florists finish on time and which ones block the service entrance.
Ask for two recent county weddings and call the venue rather than the couple. The coordinator will tell you what the gallery cannot.
