It is a small thing, and it is exactly the kind of small thing worth asking about, because the answer tells you whether the marketing copy gets checked.
Ask for the year the business started and the year the current owner took over. Those are two different numbers at a lot of entertainment companies.

For a hotel ballroom with a house sound system and a controlled load-in process, find out whether the company has run that specific room. Who they coordinated with and how long the load-in took are the follow ups.
