The catalogue spans a solo DJ to a 20 piece orchestra with decor, so the spread is enormous. Get a quote on paper that names the personnel by role and the hours covered. What a late finish costs belongs on it, and so does the run from Cortlandt Manor to your venue. So does what the deposit protects if a band member drops out.

Most Westchester DJ companies will find you a band. Fewer run the band. EP Event Group’s About page puts live ensembles, up to 20 pieces, inside the business alongside the DJ work.
That matters for one practical reason. When the band and the DJ are the same vendor, the handoffs across cocktail hour and dinner and dancing become one company’s problem instead of two. Ask how that is set out in the agreement, and whether a single coordinator runs the night.

Given the company sells DJs, bands, photo, video, booths and decor, a starting figure tells you almost nothing about the cost of the package you would actually book. A DJ with an MC is one price. A DJ plus a ten piece band plus uplighting and a booth is a different order of magnitude.

Work out what each service costs on its own before you accept a bundled figure, so you know what you would be giving up by splitting the work.
