Once you can see the ladder, ignore the geography. If your Westchester wedding runs eleven hours, you want the ten hour tier or a documented overtime rate, whatever the tier happens to be called.
Camera counts matter more in video than in photography. Four or more cameras at a ceremony means the vows, the reaction and a wide shot are all covered without anyone moving. A single operator has to choose.
Ask which cameras are locked off and unattended, since an unattended camera is not the same thing as a second videographer. The drone is weather dependent, so establish what happens to the price if it cannot fly.
Raise audio while you are there. Cameras are the visible part of the package, and ceremony audio is what decides whether the film is watchable a year later. Settle how many audio sources get recorded, and whether the officiant is miked at the ceremony.
