A range published by the studio itself beats a marketplace starting price. It gives you the floor and the ceiling of their normal wedding, which is a narrow enough band to budget against.
What moves a booking from one end of that range to the other is the thing to establish early. Usually it is hours and crew, then film stock and the length of the highlight film. Get the configuration you want quoted specifically, and do not assume the midpoint applies to you.
A hybrid team means two people cover both stills and film, instead of a photography crew and a separate video crew working around each other. Fewer bodies in the aisle is a genuine benefit at a small ceremony.
