JS Visions Photo & Video publishes a starting figure on its own site: $2,500 for photography collections. The entry collection includes up to 10 hours of coverage and a complimentary engagement session. It also carries 600 to 1,000 plus edited images and in-house color correction. The site states there is no additional travel fee for Westchester County, and quotes a six to eight week gallery delivery window. The studio itself sits in Garden City, in Nassau County on Long Island. Westchester is a marketed service area here rather than the home base. The portfolio does carry a long run of county venues, from Whitby Castle and Tappan Hill Mansion through to Sleepy Hollow Country Club and The Capitol Theatre. The team describes itself as bilingual in English and Spanish.

The $2,500 floor is the studio’s own number, which makes it sturdier than a marketplace figure. It is still a floor. Get every collection priced, and find out whether a second photographer is included at the entry level. What video adds is the next question. Put the no travel fee statement for Westchester into the contract, and price an eleventh hour even with ten included.

The Westchester wedding photographer page on jsvisionsphotoandvideo.com. Checked September 2026. First party means the business’s own site or rate card. Marketplace means The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola, Wedding Spot or similar. Nothing here is averaged or estimated.

Garden City on Long Island is the studio’s home, so Westchester coverage here is a marketed area for a Nassau County business.

Ten hours in the entry collection is the number that decides the day

Most wedding photography floors are built on six or eight hours. Ten hours in the entry collection covers getting ready through most of a reception without an overtime conversation. At $2,500 that is a different shape of offer from a six hour package at the same price.

Confirm when the clock starts and stops, and get the price of an eleventh hour in writing anyway. Ten hours is generous until the ceremony runs late and dinner slides with it.

No Westchester travel fee is a stated commitment, so put it in the contract

The site says there is no additional travel fee for Westchester County. That is a first party statement and it is unusual enough to pin down. A Long Island studio driving to Rye or Bedford is absorbing a real cost, and studios sometimes revise that policy without updating the page.

Ask for that sentence to appear in your contract. Parking and tolls are separate questions, and so is whether a hotel night is billed for an early start or a late finish.

Ten county venues in one portfolio is the answer to a Long Island base

Whitby Castle, Tappan Hill Mansion, Lyndhurst Mansion, The Briarcliff Manor and Crabtree’s Kittle House all appear in the work, along with Harvest on Hudson, Castle Hotel & Spa, Sleepy Hollow Country Club, Westchester Country Club and The Capitol Theatre. That is ten Westchester venues named in a single portfolio.

Should your venue appear on that list, ask to see the complete gallery from that wedding, reception included. If it is not, find out whether they have shot there and what their plan is for scouting the site.

What the $2,500 floor leaves out

The published figure is a starting price for collections, so the collection you want may sit well above it. Albums, a second shooter and video are the usual additions.

Ask for every collection priced. Pin down whether a second photographer is included at $2,500, and what video adds. The studio sells photo and video under one roof, and the bundle is where the real number gets decided. Get the six to eight week delivery window into the contract while you are at it.
