Jaime Glez Photography publishes its prices, all three of them, on its own Westchester wedding page. Package 1 is $4,000 and covers eight hours with two photographers. It also carries an engagement session, 600 to 900 files and a print release. Package 2 is $5,000 for ten hours, two photographers and a wedding album. Package 3 is $8,000 for twelve hours. It adds a deluxe album, two parent mini albums and a slideshow, plus coverage of the bridal shower and engagement party. The studio is based in Rye and states over 15 years of work. Two photographers are included at every tier, which is unusual, since most studios sell the second shooter as an upgrade. The entry package carries an eight hour minimum, so there is no cheaper four hour version of this.

Three prices, published on the studio’s own page

These are first party figures, taken from the photographer’s Westchester page rather than from The Knot or WeddingWire. That is worth saying plainly, because most photographers in this directory publish nothing and let a marketplace filter speak for them. A number on the studio’s own site is a number you can carry into the contract conversation.

What the page does not say is what falls outside the packages. Travel beyond the region and a second getting-ready location are two. Extra hours, additional albums and rush delivery are the others. Ask for the price of each one before you choose a tier.

Two photographers at every tier changes the comparison

When you line this studio up against a cheaper quote elsewhere, check whether that quote includes a second shooter. Frequently it does not. Two cameras means both partners can be covered while getting ready, and it means someone is on the aisle while someone else is behind the couple.

The trade is flexibility. If you want one photographer for six hours at a small wedding, this structure does not offer it. The floor is $4,000 and eight hours.

Check the file count as well. Package 1 states 600 to 900 files, which is a real number and a rare one to publish. Find out whether that count is the delivered gallery or the raw take. The print release matters too, since permission to print is a narrower thing than ownership of the files.

The venue list is unusually Westchester heavy

Seven rooms appear as venues shown. Wainwright House, The Apawamis Club and Whitby Castle are all in Rye. Glen Island Harbour Club is in New Rochelle and Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck, with Knollwood Country Club and VIP Country Club alongside them. Most of that cluster sits in the southern half of the county.

If you have booked one of them, the value is concrete. The photographer has already solved the light, the timing and the room. Ask to see a full gallery from your venue, start to finish, rather than the edited highlights on a blog post.

What is still worth pinning down in writing

The page gives hours and photographer count, along with file counts and album inclusions. It does not give a delivery timeline, an overtime rate, a deposit schedule or a travel policy for the destination work the studio also advertises. Get all of it documented, and settle what the $4,000 becomes if your day needs a ninth hour.

Three questions close most of that gap. How many weeks until the full gallery. What does an additional hour cost. What does the deposit hold, and what happens to it if you move the date. Get the answers onto the same document as the package price, because the package price is the part that is already settled.
