Mila Rybikova publishes a street address, which is less common in bridal makeup than you would expect. The studio is at 15 Marble Ave in Pleasantville, and the business runs makeup instruction classes alongside the wedding work. The service area given covers Westchester County, Connecticut and New Jersey. Destination weddings are listed as a specialty, along with soft glam and natural looks. Bridal makeup, event makeup and classes are the three lines of work. What is missing is every number. We read makeupwestchester.com on 11 September 2026. There was no rate and no bridal party minimum. No trial fee appeared, and no travel charge. Bookings run through a Google Form rather than a booking platform or a contract flow, which is the second thing to know before you enquire.

There is no published rate, so the quote carries all the weight. Bridal makeup is usually priced three ways at once. There is a bride rate. There is a per person rate for the party, and a minimum that applies on peak dates. Ask for all three in writing, plus the trial fee and whether it is credited. Establish what travel to your venue costs, and who holds the chair if the artist is double booked.

The site at makeupwestchester.com, which gives the 15 Marble Ave studio address, the class offering and the Google Form enquiry route, and carries no rates, minimums or travel fees. Checked September 2026. First party means the business’s own site or rate card. Marketplace means The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola, Wedding Spot or similar. Nothing here is averaged or estimated.

Every figure is absent, and the route in is a Google Form rather than a booking flow that holds a date.

A fixed studio address is a real advantage

Plenty of bridal makeup artists are mobile only and list a county rather than a street. A studio at 15 Marble Ave means a trial can happen somewhere consistent, with controlled lighting and no hotel room to negotiate.

It also means there are two possible arrangements on the wedding morning: you go to the studio, or the artist travels to you. Those cost different amounts almost everywhere. Neither is priced here, so ask which one your quote assumes.

Teaching alongside the chair

The classes matter for a practical reason rather than a flattering one. An artist who teaches has to be able to explain choices, and a bride who wants to touch up her own face at 9pm can ask to be shown how during the trial. That is a reasonable request to make of someone who runs instruction anyway.

A Google Form is not a booking system

Enquiries route through a Google Form. That is fine as a first contact and thin as a commitment. A form submission does not hold a date, does not create a contract and does not take a deposit.

So the sequence matters. Send the form, then get a written agreement. It should name the date, the arrival time and the number of faces. The trial and its fee go on that document too, along with the travel charge to your location and the remedy if your bridal party count changes. Until that exists, the date is not yours.

Nothing is published, including the basics

No bridal rate. No per person rate for the party. No minimum. No trial fee. No travel fee. No years in business. We looked and it is not there, and we are not going to estimate any of it.

That does not make the artist expensive or cheap. It makes the first written quote the only source of truth, so treat it that way and get every line on it before you pay anything.
